ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After that window, your order may already be in processing or shipment.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the packaging and product
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@[yourdomain].com
We will review and arrange a replacement if applicable

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 5 days so we can assist.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs processing in your country.

LIABILITY LIMITATION

EZ Roc Life is not liable for:

Incidental or consequential damages
Loss of use
Personal injury or property damage resulting from improper use

Some states or countries do not allow limitations on incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
